In a historic victory in Malaga, Spain last November, Team Canada’s men won Davis Cup – the World Cup of Tennis. This was a monumental feat, and the first time a team from our country has won the championship in the Cup’s 123-year history.
To celebrate this triumph and inspire the next generation to pick up a racquet, the Davis Cup trophy is going to be on display at a Tennis NL Event May 18th, at The Rooms from 1pm-3pm.
This is one of sports most famous trophies and the tour provides a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience it up close. Come join the celebration. There will be a fun photo booth and a chance to pose with Davis Cup so you can be a part of tennis history!
