High Performance Tennis refers to training programs for junior players that expose them to the best coaches, training programs and competition available. Each club may offer various high performance programming, which could simply mean more time on court each week in lessons and additional match play opportunities to fully developed training and competition plans. In order to be accepted into high performance programming at a club, there may be a minimum skill level required. Ask your local club for more information to learn more about their high performance offerings.
High performance tennis players are likely interested in participating in the ATA Circuit. This is a series of tournaments offered in Atlantic Canada that allow players to play the best regional competition and to qualify for nationals.
